The widget can be added to any Wordpress blog on custom domains, just by using a short iFrame code.
On the other hand, for the blogs hosted at WordPress.com it can be used if adding a snipped of code to CSS Stylesheet Editor.

Indeed, for the time being customized CSS is a paid WordPress upgrade. We at BlogUpp! are doing our best to provide WordPress.com bloggers a widget available for free blogs too.

Wow. Unfortunatly, I can't pay for Customized CSS in WordPress.com... So, i can't add in CSS code, even if I paste it through the Text widget in <style> tag.

Is there a method how to resolve this problem?
