Country-specific URL. Blog Analytics

BlogUpp and OpenIDBlogs on Blogger.com now may have several URL's: one ending with .com, and another one ending with a country-specific domain. Please learn more at the following Blogger support page.

One of the affected areas with this change is the access to blog analytics panel. In case you are not able to authenticate, simply change the head section of your blog to:
<link rel="openid.delegate" href="http://blog-name.blogspot.com"/>
where "blog-name" should be your claimed blog's name, and the URL ending with .com. As a result the authentication should be ok, both while accessing your analytics and Premium area, as well as when using your blog URL to authenticate to other services (i.e. acts as OpenID identifier).

A simple workaround to make a *.blogspot blog always loads with .com ending, is adding the following script right at the begin of your blog header (i.e. following <head> tag):
<script type="text/javascript">
   var blog = document.location.hostname;
   var slug = document.location.pathname;
   var ctld = blog.substr(blog.lastIndexOf("."));
   if (ctld != ".com") {
      var ncr = "http://" + blog.substr(0, blog.indexOf("."));
      ncr += ".blogspot.com/ncr" + slug;
Access blog template editing screen via Blogger.com admin panel, by choosing "Template" and then "Edit HTML". Your modified template code should be as shown in the screen below:
